Job Description:

The Accounts Clerk/Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

n

n
- Process and maintain accurate Accounts Payable and Receivable
n
- Cash Flow management and account reconciliations
n
- Prepare BAS
n
- Complete cash flow and project-based reports
n

n

Payroll and HR Administration

n

n




- Process weekly payroll including Super
n
- Administration of EBA and industry entitlements
n
- Assist with onboarding new employees
n

n

General:

n

n
- Assisting management with day-to-day business operations
n
- Job cost tracking and reporting
n
- Assisting with tendering projects
n

n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as an accounts clerk, bookkeeper or similar role
n
- Sound understanding of payroll, leave entitlements and EBA conditions
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
- Experience with Reckon Accounts Hosted/ Xero preferred
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- Flexible, positive and hardworking attitude
n
- Construction background preferred but not essential
n
