About the Role

Join the Gandarra Palliative Care Unit supporting patients and families facing life-limiting illness. Work within a passionate multidisciplinary team delivering complex symptom management and end of life care, with opportunities to build specialist palliative care skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver patient-centred palliative care
n
- Support symptom management and end of life care
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
n
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team
n
- Work across a 7-day rotating roster
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

- Enrolled Nurse registration
n
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
n
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
n
- Availability for AM, PM and night shifts
n

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector)



(Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $38.13 - $40.57 per hour.
