Job Description

The Weigh Auto Group are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Vehicle Detailer / Car Washer to ensure customers' vehicles are presented to a high standard following servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing, vacuuming and cleaning vehicles, while maintaining a professional and organised work environment.

This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent time management, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Washing, drying and vacuuming customer vehicles following servicing.

n

Cleaning vehicle interiors and ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard.

n

Cleaning exterior surfaces, windows, wheels and tyres as required.

n

Ensuring customer vehicles are handled with care and attention at all times.

n

Maintaining detailing equipment, products and work areas in a clean and organised condition.

n

Following all workplace health and safety requirements.

n

Adhering to company policies,



procedures and quality standards.

n

Providing friendly, professional and courteous customer service.

n

Working efficiently to meet daily service and vehicle collection requirements.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in vehicle detailing, car washing or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.

n

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.

n

Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

n

A professional and customer-focused attitude.

n

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

n

A valid manual driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a range of vehicles.

n

A positive attitude, reliable work ethic and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
