About the role

n

Based at our Burwood Audi dealership, this permanent full-time position sits within the Service team and puts you at the centre of the aftersales experience, connecting customers, technicians, and the wider business to ensure every interaction lands well.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Coordinating service bookings and managing the workshop schedule so the team runs efficiently and customers are kept informed at every step
n
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers across phone and in-person interactions, building genuine relationships that bring people back
n
- Supporting the Service Advisors by handling administrative tasks, follow‐up calls, and upsell opportunities for additional services
n
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and job cards accurately, giving you exposure to the full service transaction cycle
n
- Identifying ways to improve the customer journey, with your ideas genuinely welcomed by the team
n
- Collaborating across departments, so no two days feel the same
n

About you

You are someone who connects well with people, stays organised under pressure, and finds satisfaction in making a process work better than it did yesterday.

A bit more about you:

- Experience in a call centre, service bookings, or customer coordination role is what we are looking for, and it will set you up well from day one
n
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, that help customers feel heard and valued

- Confidence managing competing priorities without letting the detail slip
n
- Comfortable working with dealer management systems or similar scheduling and invoicing software
n
- Technical automotive knowledge is a genuine advantage, though not a requirement as training and support are available
n
- An appreciation for the Audi brand and the premium service experience that comes with it will help you connect with our customers
