About the Role

n

This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing day in, day out.

n

You'll work across a genuine mix of:

n

- Residential maintenance and renovations
n
- Commercial fit-outs and service work
n
- Solar and battery installations
n

n

Some days you'll be working alongside the team, other days you'll be trusted to run your own jobs.

n

We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged — someone who can assess a job, solve problems, communicate with the client and take pride in handing over quality work.

About You

n

You don't need to know everything. But you do need to care about doing a good job.

n

You'll be a great fit if you:

n

n
- Hold a current QLD Electrical Licence
n
- Have 2–3+ years post-trade experience
n
- Can work independently and manage your own workload
n
- Have strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
- Communicate well with clients, builders and other trades
n
- Have a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Take pride in keeping your work area and company vehicle tidy
n
- Are reliable, turn up when you say you will and get stuck inAre happy to help your teammates when needed
n
- Want to be part of a business you can grow with
n

Bonus Points (but not essential)

These aren't essential, but we'd love to hear about them if you have:

- Split-system air-conditioning experience
n
- Solar or battery experience
n
- An interest in developing your solar and battery skills
n
- Data/cabling experience
n
