The role

n

Take ownership of our front desk and keep the practice running on time.

n

Running reception day to day

n

Diary,



patient flow and recalls across five clinicians

n

Phones, emails and enquiries

n

Payments, HICAPS, health funds and Afterpay

n

Treatment plan coordination and the money conversations

n

Accounts and practice admin

n

About you

n

2+ years in medical or a similar practice reception role. Dental, GP, specialist rooms or allied health all count.

n

Just as important:

n

Warm with patients, calm when it's busy

n

Organised, reliable, happy to take initiative

n

Positive, and easy for a team to work alongside

n

Dental experience and Core Practice software are ideal, but not essential. If you're the right person, we'll train you up.
