What You'll Do

n

n
- Customer Service Excellence Provide a welcoming and professional first impression by greeting drivers, visitors, and customers while communicating important site safety requirements.
n
- Document Accuracy Review and process operational documentation including Connotes, Delivery Sheets, and Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
n
- Data Management Accurately enter, reconcile, and maintain data within company systems while meeting all tracking and measurement requirements.
n
- Safety & Compliance Verify dangerous goods documentation and ensure processes are followed for private and pre-paid customers.
n
- Team Collaboration Work closely with Debriefing, Fleet Control, Client Services, and Sales/Account Management teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

- Attention to Detail A keen eye for accuracy with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

- Safety Focus A strong commitment to Health and Safety practices and maintaining a safe working environment.

- Customer Service A proactive, customer-focused approach backed by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Technical Skills Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills. Previous experience or knowledge of the national freight industry will be highly regarded.

- Team Player The ability to build positive working relationships and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
