We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Revesby.

This is an ongoing Monday to Friday opportunity with potential for permanency. The company is currently operating from Revesby and will be relocating to a new facility in Villawood NSW 2163. Candidates must be willing and able to work at the new Villawood site once the relocation takes place.

What's on offer:

- Ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday

- Day shift: 6am to 2pm and Afternoon Shift 2pm to 10pm (Plenty overtime available and candidat should be flexible with the start time)

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
n
- Setting up, adjusting and changing over machinery as required
n
- Ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely throughout production
n
- Monitoring production processes and identifying any issues or faults
n
- Assisting with filling, packing and production line operations
n
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
n
- Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
n
- Completing production paperwork and records accurately
n




- Performing basic troubleshooting and reporting machinery issues to maintenance
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised production area
n
- Following GMP, HACCP and workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Handling food products and ingredients in accordance with site procedures
n

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Process Worker or similar role
n
- Food manufacturing experience is highly desirable
n
- Experience operating production, filling, packing, despensing or processing machinery
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues
n
- Ability to follow production procedures and work instructions
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
n
- Understanding of GMP and food safety requirements
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
n
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused throughout the shift
n
- Ability and willingness to work at the current Villawood NSW 2163 site following the relocation
n

Important – Site Relocation

n

Please note that the client will be relocating from Revesby to Villawood NSW 2163.

n

Applicants must be comfortable and able to travel to Villawood once the new site is operational. Please consider the future location when applying for this position.

n

Previous food manufacturing or FMCG experience will be highly regarded, particularly candidates who have experience working with production machinery in a high-volume environment.

n

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. Unfortunately, this role is not available to student visa holders.
