What you'll do

n

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the showroom — leading your team, inspiring customers, and driving performance. You'll have a flair for interiors, a sharp eye for sales opportunities, and the leadership skills to foster a high-performing and customer-focused environment.

In this role, you'll:

- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations including stock presentation, rostering,



and performance management
n
- Work collaboratively with the broader business to grow the brand locally
n
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business
n
- Be available to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed
n

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience in a store management or senior retail sales role
n
- Leads with confidence, empathy, and clear communication
n
- Thrives in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same
n
- Has a passion for interiors and an ability to guide customers in styling their space

- Understands how to drive sales, manage targets, and support team development
n
- Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
