Go Electrical is a leading wholesaler in the electrical industry and part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), a highly successful national organisation with over 300 stores across Australia.

About the Role:

n

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Browns Plains branch.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Providing counter sales support, including preparing and following up on quotes
n
- Assisting customers with enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n
- Managing stock, including replenishing shelves and picking/packing orders
n
- Supporting the team with general duties and additional tasks as required
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who brings:

n

n




- Experience in sales and/or customer service
n
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Electrical product knowledge (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow within the business
n
- Full Australian working rights (please note, sponsorship is not available)
