W3Global in Port Hedland is seeking a proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, mentor a maintenance team and drive safe, effective servicing of our fleet of ultra quads.
You will lead by example on the workshop floor, enforce standards, manage labour flow, and partner with the Regional Maintenance Manager to achieve production targets with a focus on accountability and high performance.
