SIC is looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Officer to support student recruitment, digital marketing, and agent engagement.

n

- Promote SIC courses through social media, digital campaigns, events, direct engagement, and education agents
n
- Respond to student and agent enquiries and convert leads into enrolments
n
- Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, visa conditions, and study pathways
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore education agents and partners
n
- Manage SIC's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
n
- Support recruitment activities, presentations, and student engagement campaigns
n




- Work closely with management to strengthen SIC's brand visibility and online engagement
n

Reporting & Administration

n

n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, agent communications, and conversions
n
- Prepare recruitment and campaign performance reports
n
- Work closely with admissions and operations teams to support smooth student onboarding
n

n

About You

n

n
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, or the international education sector
n
- Strong understanding of the CRICOS and international student market
n
- Existing education agent network highly regarded
n
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation
n
- Ability to create engaging reels, videos, and digital content
n
- Experience with Canva, CRM systems,and social media tools desirable
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
n
