Are you an experienced construction labourer looking to develop a specialised trade skill?

We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in full-time positions, working across commercial and residential sheet membrane roofing and waterproofing projects throughout Sydney and Greater Sydney.
n
Previous waterproofing experience is preferred but not essential. We provide comprehensive training in sheet membrane roofing and waterproofing systems, with the opportunity to develop into a skilled sheet membrane installer/applicator.

Responsibilities:
n
Assist with the installation of sheet membrane roofing and waterproofing systems.
n
Work alongside experienced installers to develop specialist sheet membrane skills.
n
Use power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
n
Follow site safety procedures and company requirements.
n
Work collaboratively with supervisors and other team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Work across commercial and residential projects throughout Sydney and Greater Sydney.
n
Requirements:
n
Previous construction industry experience is essential.
n
Previous waterproofing experience is preferred but not essential.
n
Experience and confidence using power tools is essential.
n
Willingness to learn and develop specialist sheet membrane roofing and waterproofing skills.
n
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
Valuable communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
n
Enthusiastic, energetic and reliable.
n
Current White Card.
n
