Puratos is seeking an R&D; Technologist Fillings and Decors based in Australia. You will lead R&D; projects focused on Fruit Fillings, Cream Fillings and Decors, driving innovation, process improvements and cost reduction.
You will also directly support local sales and customers in implementing developed products. The role requires 3–7 years of R&D;/technical experience, knowledge of starch, hydrocolloids, and baked goods, and skilled fluency in English.
