Webster's Market & Cafe is looking for an experienced cook or chef to join our kitchen team.

We're an established Ballarat café with over 10 years behind us. We care about quality food, consistency and building a team that enjoys coming to work. We're looking for someone who shares those values.

This role starts part time, with a clear pathway to full time for the right person.

You'll be joining an experienced team in a busy daytime café where standards matter, weekends are part of the job, and every plate that leaves the pass represents our business.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience in a commercial kitchen.

- Works clean, organised and efficiently.

- Can handle busy services without sacrificing quality.

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in turning up ready to work.

- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

- Is available to work weekends.
