Project Support Officer | Digital Delivery

Support a major government digital health delivery program as a Project Support Officer, providing project coordination, reporting, governance, documentation and stakeholder support across a fast-paced delivery environment.
Location: Canberra
Contract Duration: 1 September to 30 June 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
Closing Date: 10.00am, Thursday 27 August

Essential Tasks

- Support project planning, scheduling and coordination, including plans, RAID logs and governance artefacts.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards and briefing materials, and coordinate governance meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Assist with financial monitoring, procurement, onboarding and contractor engagement activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders, identify and elevate risks and issues, and support continuous improvement.

Key Criteria

- Strong project coordination and organisational skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience supporting business-led ICT or digital delivery projects.
- Solid written communication skills, including project documentation, reports and briefings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
