Job Description

The Gem, a boutique hotel in Griffith, is seeking a casual Receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out. You'll answer phones, handle reservations, and provide friendly, qualified service in a busy front desk environment.

This role suits someone who enjoys people, stays calm under pressure, and can work weekends and some evenings. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, and you'll join a growing Young Hotels Group across NSW.
