Job Description
Bribie Island Golf Shop is looking for someone with a solid background in retail and customer

service management and who is ready to run something.
n
This isn't a floor manager role. You'll be the right hand of the owner of a PGA Golf Professional who
n
has built a thriving operation serving 600+ members and a steady flow of visitors.
n
You'll own the day-to-day running of The Golf Shop - rostering, stock ordering, member relationships, and the kind of proactive thinking that turns a busy visitor day into a sales prospect.
n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven retail or customer service management background
n
- Someone who takes ownership — not just of tasks, but of outcomes
n
- Honest, reliable, and commercially switched on
n
- High energy, great with people, and not afraid to back themselves
n
- No golf background? No problem — we will get you up to speed
