About the Role

n

We have multiple Disability Support Worker (DSW) opportunities across South Western Sydney.
n Shifts and settings will be matched to your experience and availability.

n

Your work may include:





n

n
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, Vertical Villages, or In-Home Care (IHC)
n
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, mobility, daily routines, and community access
n
- Supporting participants with complex needs, including Behaviour Support Plans and de-escalation strategies
n
- Assisting with medication administration and detailed health support plans
n
- Working collaboratively with allied health, case workers, and families to deliver person-centred care
n

n

About You

n

We're open to a range of backgrounds and experience. You'll bring:

n

n
- Minimum 6 months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
n
- Medication Administration training, manual handling certificate (or equivalent)
n
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professional boundaries
n
- Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous, not essential)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
n
