Operations Admin Assistant – Park Ridge | Full Time | Monday–Friday

We're looking for an Operations Admin Assistant who likes things organised, accurate, and running on time. This role supports the day-to-day operation of our transport network: the paperwork, the data, and the details that keep the freight moving properly.

If you're steady, thorough, and comfortable working in a busy operations environment, you'll fit in well here.

What the role involves

n

You'll be working closely with our operations and linehaul teams, handling the administrative tasks that keep our service reliable. Your day will include but not be limited to:

n

- Reviewing and closing off daily non-delivery reports
n
- Communicating with customers around operational requirements
n
- Booking and organising time slots and couriers
n
- Processing customer paperwork and keeping records accurate
n

This is a role for someone who likes structure, accuracy, and getting the details right.

What you'll bring

- Experience in administration, ideally in transport or logistics
n
- Robust attention to detail: you notice the small things
n
- Confidence working with transport systems and Microsoft Office
n




- The ability to stay organised when things get busy
n
- Clear communication skills and a straightforward approach
n
- Reliability: because operations depend on consistent admin
n

You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be someone who learns quickly and takes ownership of your work.
