As a Rehabilitation Consultant (or Senior RC), you will play a pivotal role in:

n

n
- Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments including vocational assessments and providing return-to-work case management.
n
- Rolling out of a range of unique projects within government worksites such as wellness at work, injury prevention, early intervention and more
n
- Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
n
- Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
n
- Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
n
- Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology. Occupational Therapists are also warmly welcomed.
n
- Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
n
- Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
n
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
n
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desired however not essential
n
