Part-time | 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)

Based in our Warehouse/Studio space in Gregory Hills, Sydney

n

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 + Super (pro rata, depending on experience) with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role

n

As our Founder continues to focus on designing collections, creative direction and growing SONYA

n

MODA globally, we're looking for an organised, proactive and hands‐on Studio & Operations

n

Coordinator to become her operational right hand.

n

This role is centred around customer service, warehouse operations and fulfilment, while also

n

supporting production, wholesale, photoshoots and day‐to‐day business operations. The successful

n

candidate should be available Tuesday to Thursday and be willing to provide additional flexibility

n

during peak trading periods, collection launches and photoshoots when required.

n

Customer Experience (Primary Focus)

n

n
- Manage customer emails and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Process returns, exchanges and quality inspections.
n
- Resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
n

n

Warehouse & Fulfilment (Primary Focus)

n

n
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
n
- Steam garments to a premium standard.
n
- Beautifully wrap orders using tissue paper and premium presentation.
n




- Maintain warehouse organisation and inventory accuracy.
n
- Assist with receiving, lifting and moving stock when required.
n

Operations & Studio Support

n

n
- Coordinate production schedules and supplier follow-ups.
n
- Support wholesale orders and work closely with Australian and US sales teams.
n
- Prepare samples for photoshoots.
n
- Coordinate model castings and shoot logistics.
n
- Support the Founder with operational priorities and keep projects moving.
n

The Person We're Looking For

n

You have approximately 1–4 years' experience in retail, ecommerce, fashion or operations and

n

genuinely enjoy hands‐on work.

n

You take enormous pride in how you get things done. You're highly organised, detail-oriented and

n

maintain exceptional accuracy. You work quickly without compromising quality and enjoy creating

n

beautiful customer experiences—from responding to customer emails to carefully packing every

n

parcel.

n

You're happy to roll up your sleeves, whether that means steaming garments, organising the

n

warehouse, preparing wholesale orders or helping behind the scenes at a photoshoot. No task is

n

beneath you because you understand that every detail reflects the SONYA MODA brand.
