The Role

n

Do you have a passion for sales & hitting goals? You'll love working here! We are currently seeking a self motivated and sales focused professional to be a key member of our talented team as a Travel Concierge in a phone based revenue collecting role that has a strong focus on sales, along with customer service.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build strong relationships with booked travellers
n




- Providing quotes to customers departing on overseas trips
n
- Collecting payments for all travel services
n
- Upselling and cross-selling insurance, tours, accommodation and more
n
- Meet revenue and outbound call targets
n
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the pre-departure process
n

Who We're Looking For:

n

n
- Motivated by hitting targets and delivering results
n
- Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapport
n
- Proven sales experience (phone-based sales strongly preferred)
n
- Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
n
- Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills
n
- Positive, proactive, and a genuine passion for travel
n
