We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bobcat Mill Operator to join our team based in Sunshine West, VIC.

n

You will operate a Bobcat/skid steer fitted with a milling attachment, supporting our asphalt and road rehabilitation projects.

n

About You

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

n
- Previous experience operating a Bobcat with milling attachment.
n
- Experience in asphalt, road construction or civil construction.
n
- HR or HC licence will be highly regarded.
n
- White Card and valid driver's licence.
n
- Strong safety awareness and a good understanding of SWMS.
n




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Positive communication skills and a strong work ethic.
n
- Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts and travel when required.
n
