Toasted Truck & Deli is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food Truck Manager/Chef to own operations across Melbourne, regional Victoria and selected festivals. This role combines cooking, team leadership, customer service, cleaning and driving the automatic food truck.

You will lead from the front, work with the team, and sometimes operate independently including opening/closing the truck. Weekend and regional work are required.
