Join a leading Australian organisation at an exciting stage of its finance transformation journey. As the business continues to invest in its Commercial Finance capability, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior FP&A; Analyst or Manager to lead the successful rollout and adoption of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. This is a highly visible role where you'll work alongside senior finance leaders to embed new planning and forecasting processes across the business whilst assisting to maintain the BAU cadence.

The Role

You'll play a critical role in driving the implementation of the organisation's new planning solution. While technical implementation is supported by dedicated technology specialists, your focus will be acting as the FP&A; expert ensuring the business successfully adopts the best ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who combines solid FP&A; experience with a passion for transformation and change management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and optimise EPM, forecasting, planning and consolidation platforms
- Act as a key SME for planning and forecasting systems
- Drive process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
- Partner with finance teams to ensure planning systems support business requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting activities
- Assist with system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Translate finance requirements into practical system solutions
- Help improve reporting,



planning and forecasting processes across the business
- Support ongoing stabilisation and adoption of finance systems and tools

The role is expected to be approximately:

- 70% EPM, planning and systems-related work
- 30% FP&A; BAU, business partnering and stabilisation activities

About You

You are a FP&A; expert first, with strong systems capability developed through your FP&A; career. You may have started your career in FP&A;, commercial finance or management accounting and then become the "systems person" within your finance team. Ideally you would have played a key role in EPM, planning or forecasting system implementations and supported finance transformation projects while maintaining hands-on FP&A; responsibilities. Importantly you have developed a strong understanding of how systems underpin planning and performance management, and enjoy both finance and systems and can comfortably operate across both areas.

Essential

- Strong FP&A; experience within a complex, multi-entity organisation
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in systems and process improvement
- Ability to bridge finance and technology conversations
- Experience with EPM platforms or similar tools covering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation (e.g., OneStream, Oracle EPM / Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1 / Planning Analytics, Workday Adaptive Planning)
