Job Description

I'm partnering with an established Integrated marketing agency looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team either based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Working across a portfolio of primarily B2B / B2C clients, you'll manage integrated digital campaigns spanning social, content and paid media. If you're looking for consumer retail or eCommerce brands, this probably isn't the role for you.

n

You'll be the day-to-day contact for your clients, managing projects from brief through to delivery, coordinating internal teams, presenting campaign recommendations and ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard. Along the way, you'll identify opportunities to add value, strengthen client relationships and contribute ideas that drive better business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clients
n
- Coordinating integrated digital campaigns from briefing through to delivery
n
- Collaborating with creative, content and digital specialists
n
- Supporting activity across social media, paid campaigns and digital marketing
n
- Reviewing campaign performance and providing recommendations
n




- Preparing presentations, reports and client communications
n
- Managing multiple projects while ensuring quality and deadlines are maintained
n
- Building trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues
n

What You'll Have:

n

n
- 4+ years' experience in an agency Account Management or Digital Account Management role
n
- Experience managing multiple clients and stakeholders
n
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media and paid campaigns
n
- Exposure to platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and is comfortable working autonomously
n
- A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering great client outcomes
n
