Job Description

Aquaduck Safaris on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly Reservations & Guest Services representative to welcome guests, handle calls, and process bookings for the Tours Group from Aquaduck HQ in Central Surfers Paradise.

You'll manage phone bookings, emails and guest enquiries with a skilled presentation, support tour operations, and have the chance to train as a Tour Guide for Aquaduck, Paradise Jetboating, Quack'R'duck and Southern Cross Tours.
