Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an Estimator for our client, a Tier 3 principal contractor based in Inner Sydney. The role focuses on tendering from first principles, subcontractor negotiations, and rigorous cost estimation to support timely project delivery.
You will analyse labour, plant, subcontractor and other costs while setting programmes and budgets from structure through handover, with exposure to projects valued up to $10m.
