Full Spectrum Consulting is currently recruiting experiencedMachine Operators and Line Operatorsto join an established manufacturing operation located in theTaren Point area.

n

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked withextrusion lines, injection moulding machinery, pipe and profile production, plastics manufacturing or similar automated production equipment.

n

These are ongoing opportunities suited to reliable operators looking for stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to build a long-term career within manufacturing For Day, Night and Rotation 12 hr shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

n

Depending on your previous experience, you may be responsible for:

n

n
- Operatingextrusion and production lines
n
- Setting up, starting and monitoring production equipment
n
- Performing machine and product changeovers
n
- Monitoring temperatures, speeds and other machine settings
n
- Identifying production issues and carrying out basic troubleshooting
n
- Conducting regular quality checks throughout production runs
n




- Inspecting finished products for faults or defects
n
- Feeding raw materials into production equipment
n
- Performing repetitive manual handling as required
n
- Keeping machinery and surrounding production areas clean and organised
n
- Following site safety, quality and manufacturing procedures
n

n

We're Looking for Operators With Experience In

n

Previous hands-on experience withinindustrial manufacturingis essential, with preference given to candidates who have worked in one or more of the following:

n

Extrusion | Injection Moulding | Pipe & Profile Lines | Plastics Manufacturing | Automated Production Lines | Machine Setting | Process Manufacturing

n

Skills and Requirements

- Strong mechanical aptitude
n
- Confidence working around automated machinery
n
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
n
- Good attention to product quality
n
- A strong understanding of workplace safety
n
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
n
- Ability to work within a quick-paced production workplace
n
- Flexibility to work different shifts where required
n
- Reliable transport to theTaren Point area
n

This isnot a general pick-packing role. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working directly with manufacturing machinery and understand the responsibilities involved in keeping a production line operating safely and efficiently.
