We are a boutique accountancy firm with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth providing taxation and advisory services to the arts and entertainment industry throughout Australia and overseas.

Due to the growth of the practice, an prospect exists in our Sydney office for a client services administrator to join our organisation on afull-timebasis.

n

The role

n

Supporting a growing taxation team, you will be responsible for ensuring key tax administration processes are completed efficiently.

n

The role is varied, encompassing client correspondence, document collation, database maintenance, and general administrative support.

n

This opportunity will suit someone with previous administration experience ideally within a professional services environment who enjoys working in a busy office.

n

This is a full-time, office-based position in a contemporary, well-lit and spacious office located in Surry Hills, Sydney, a 5 minute walk from Central Station.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Meeting and greeting clients
n
- Answering and screening telephone calls
n
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
n
- Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client records
n




- Preparing and issuing tax engagement letters to clients for signing
n
- Sending tax returns and financial statements to clients
n
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, monitoring outstanding documentation and actions
n
- Updating client administration records and databases
n
- Monitoring a shared email inbox and responding to client enquiries via email
n

To be successful in the role you will have

n

n
- Previous administration experience within accounting, professional services or a similar environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of documentation
n
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
n
- Professional written communication skills and experience managing email correspondence
n
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
n
