We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Advisor who is ready to step up into a Senior Supervisory position, working alongside the Store Manager.

As Senior Client Advisor, you are responsible for the following:

Sales Excellence:Drive sales performance by expertly showcasing the breadth of the FENDI collection, engaging in upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and expand the FENDI community through strategic CRM activities, exclusive events, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Brand Presentation:Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation,



ensuring a captivating and luxurious environment that aligns with FENDI's aesthetic.

Operational Excellence:Maintain meticulous stock management practices and adhere to all security compliance protocols.
