We're growing our Strathpine team and looking for positive, reliable people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience is required. If you're confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn, we'll provide two weeks of paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Speaking with existing supporters
n
- Having positive and professional conversations
n
- Building solid relationships over the phone
n
- Following clear systems and processes
n
- Developing your communication skills through ongoing coaching
n
- Working alongside a friendly and supportive team
n

About You

n

You'll be a great fit if you are:

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or sales is highly regarded, but not essential.

Your Hours

n

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

n

Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

n

That means every second Friday off and a long weekend every second week.

n
