We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to an NDIS participant in Orchard Hills, NSW.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

1. Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
2. Assist with personal care, community access, and daily living activities.
3. Support participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
4. Build positive and respectful relationships with participants.
5. Maintain accurate shift notes, progress notes, and incident reports.
6. Follow all relevant NDIS policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.

Preferred Experience

1. Previous experience in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community Care.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.



Experience supporting participants with personal care and daily living activities is highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements

1. NDIS Worker Screening Check.
2. Working With Children Check (WWCC), where applicable.
3. National Police Check.
4. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
5. Valid Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
6. Full working rights in Australia.
7. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – Quality, Safety and You.
