Two opportunities have opened for Senior ServiceNow Developers to join Kinetic IT's national Solution Services team. These are permanent, full-time roles supporting senior delivery responsibilities across federal government customer environments.

In these roles, you will design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support operational outcomes - The work will typically sit in and around ITSM, CMDB and CSDM, with involvement across platform development, integrations, scripting and continuous improvement activities. You will partner with stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

About You

As an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on platform capability, you’re confident working in secure, customer-facing environments. You enjoy solving complex problems and building practical solutions that make the platform effective for users, bringing robust technical judgement, clear communication and a collaborative approach to delivery.
