We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/ Barista for our Caroline Springs store who are team orientated, rapid-paced, and have a passion for customer service!
n Applicants will be experienced Barista's and work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in store.
n Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

n

- Assistingwith the overseeing and supervising day to day operations
n
- Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
n
- Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
n
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and be an exceptional role model for your team
n
- Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
n
- Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
n

Barista's who apply should be able to...

- Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
n
- Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
n
- Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
n
- Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
n
- Supervise daily operations and large teams
n
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Have excellent presentation and customer service
n
