What You'll Be Doing

n

As a pivotal support to our Lead Agent and sales team, your role will include:

n

n
- Preparing property reports and managing a customer CRM.
n
- Coordinating property marketing activities.
n
- Booking photography, inspectionsand open home times.
n
- Booking tradespeople to assist with property preparation and presentation.
n
- Communicating with owners, buyers, tradespeople and the sales team.
n
- Preparing mail, open home packs and promotional materials.
n
- Creating social media content.
n

You'll be working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentalongside a lead agent, Sales Associates and Operations Manager.

n

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with:

- A high level of attention to detail— this role thrives on structure, accuracy and checklist execution
n




- Solid organisational skillsand ability to juggle multiple tasks
n
- Excellent communicationand client service focus
n
- Strong computer skills- Comfortable working with microsoft applications, canva and other real estate software.

- A positive attitudeand willingness to learn

Previous real estate experience, familiarity with real estate platforms and real estate qualifications are a bonus, but attitude and attention to detail are key.
