DoorDash is seeking a highly technical Senior Associate, CRM Marketing to own the execution of transactional and lifecycle CRM flows for DashPass subscribers. You will hands-on build, test, and troubleshoot campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging to ensure timely, accurate communications.

You will collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Strategy, and Engineering to migrate to an internal CRM system and scale CRM infrastructure.
