Job Description
ATP Science is a leading Australian health and performance brand, known for science-backed supplements and education-led marketing. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and bring our brand to life across packaging, retail and digital touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-driven designer who's just as comfortable prepping print-ready packaging artwork as they are designing assets for a digital campaign, and who takes pride in getting the details right.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll design and deliver artwork across packaging, print and digital channels that supports product launches, campaigns and retail activity. You'll be involved with a product from early packaging design right through to campaign launch, so you get to see your work land on shelf and in market. Print production is a big part of the role, so a solid working knowledge of packaging and print fundamentals will be key. You'll also work closely with marketing, e-commerce, sales and R&D; to bring products and campaigns to life, building your knowledge of the health space along the way.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Design digital assets for websites, EDMs, paid advertising and social media to support product launches, campaigns and sale events
n
- Create retail marketing and point-of-sale print assets to support product launches and campaigns
n
- Design and prepare packaging artwork for new products and product updates, ensuring print-ready files are accurate, on-brand and compliant
n
- Set up and check GS1 barcodes on packaging artwork to meet retailer and GS1 Australia requirements
n
- Maintain brand consistency across ATP Science and associated brands, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives and regulatory requirements
n
- Liaise with printers, packaging suppliers and external agencies to troubleshoot artwork and production issues
n
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, sales and R&D; teams to keep artwork aligned with formulation changes, compliance requirements and campaign timing
n

About You
n
n
- Minimum 1–2+ years' experience in a graphic design role
n
- Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva (After Effects is desirable)
n
- Strong working knowledge of packaging and print production fundamentals, (bleed, dielines, CMYK/spot colour, substrates and file prep for print)
n
- Practical understanding of GS1 barcode standards is desirable
n
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple design briefs and deadlines across packaging, print and digital channels at once
n
- A collaborative mindset and comfortable liaising directly with printers, suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot production issues
n
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and production-ready packaging or print work
n
- Experience in health, wellness, or FMCG is highly regarded (but not essential)
