Josef Chromy Wines in Tasmania is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our hatted restaurant on the Josef Chromy estate. The role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity contract, with a base salary of $87,000 plus super, bonuses and group-wide discounts.
You will lead the front-of-house team, manage bookings, monitor costs and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with Executive Chef Nick Raitt to maintain exceptional service and seasonal dining experiences in a vibrant Tasmanian setting.
