About the Opportunity

n

Apermanent part-time Food & Beverage Supervisoropportunity is available withinConference & Eventsat RACV City Club.

n

Reporting to the Conference & Events Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating Conference & Events operations and overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure seamless event delivery.

n

You will be the face of the business and main point of contact for conference and event organisers, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistently high standard of service. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisation, time management, relationship-building and people development skills.

n

you will help set service standards by demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients and guests. A proactive, motivated and can-do attitude will see you thrive in this fast-paced events environment.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead and supervise daily Food & Beverage operations within Conference & Events
n
- Oversee and support Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure service standards are consistently met
n
- Act as the key operational point of contact for members, guests, event clients and internal stakeholders
n
- Coordinate staffing, service flow and event priorities to ensure smooth operations
n
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional and engaged team culture
n
- Support training, coaching and development of team members
n
- Ensure compliance with service standards, policies and procedures
n

n

What you'll need to be successful

n

n
- Previous experience in aFood & Beverage Supervisor rolewithinConference & Events, banqueting or premium hospitality
n
- Experience within a 4-5 star hotel, club, resort or convention-style venue highly regarded
n
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
n




- A confident, hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
n
