Due to the continued growth of our school and the expansion of our programs, we are excited to be seeking an experienced Montessori 3–6 Directress/Teacherto join our team from Term 3 (immediate start available).

For over 12 years, My Montessori has been providing authentic Montessori education to children and families in North-West Sydney. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori educator who can step confidently into our classroom and become part of our close-knit, long-standing team.

This position would suit someone who:

- Holds Montessori 3–6 training
n
- Has experience working within an authentic Montessori environment
n
- Is confident leading a classroom and implementing Montessori philosophy and practice
n
- Values collaboration and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
n
- Is passionate about nurturing children's independence, confidence and love of learning
