What would I be doing?
n
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the administration of the financial and business functions of CPL.
n
This could include:
n
Accounts Receivable:
n
n
- High volume invoicing and receipting.
n
- Reconciliation of debtor accounts.
n
- Debt collection and debtor management.
n
- Debtor analysis & write off recommendation.
n
n
Accounts Payable:
n
n
- Uploading and matching of supplier invoices.
n
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
n
n
General Finance & Administration:
n
n
- Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Contributing to the development and documentation of Finance Team procedures and checklists.
n

What you'll need
n
This could include:

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an Accounts position within a large organisation with high transactional volume.
n
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy.
n
- Intermediate computing skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word and knowledge of financial accounting packages, Lumary/Technology One Systems would be an advantage.
n
