Job Description

SunRice Group in Melbourne is seeking an Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Coordinator to manage orders end-to-end, liaising with warehouse, logistics, and account management teams to ensure DIFOT and exceptional service.

You will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, maintain pricing and order notes, and drive process improvements in a team-oriented, hybrid role with onsite parking and good transport access.
