The Role

n

Reporting to the Finance & Administrative Director, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions
n
- Performing bank and account reconciliations
n
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
- Processing supplier invoices, payments and receipts
n
- Maintaining and reconciling transactions in Xero
n
- Supporting GST and BAS preparation
n
- Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes
n
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies
n
- Assisting with inventory management
n
- Working closely with the Finance & Administrative Director
n

Experience & Skills Required





n

n
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a manufacturing or start-up environment
n
- Strong hands‐on experience with Xero
n
- Excellent knowledge of bank reconciliationsStrong accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good understanding of GST and BAS
n
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently
n
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
n
- Experience with Tradex is preferred
n
- Ability to work under our fixed hybrid arrangement (2 days on-site St Leonards +1 day WFH)
