West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Head of Transformation & Service Improvement to lead the transformation portfolio, turning strategy into deliverable programmes that improve outcomes for residents, modernise services and support long-term financial sustainability.
You will manage the Programme Management Office, strengthen governance, reporting and advantages realisation across major programmes, and champion innovation with digital tools to embed new ways of working across the council.
