Axiom College is looking for a motivated Individual Support / Health Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team in Rockhampton.
This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional care roles and make a lasting impact by mentoring, training and supporting students as they build rewarding careers in aged care, disability support and community services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and practical training to students
- Conduct workplace and classroom-based assessments
- Support students to achieve real employment outcomes
- Build robust relationships with local employers and industry partners
- Help maintain high quality training and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience in aged care,
disability support, community services or health
- Current Trainer & Assessor qualifications (or willingness to obtain/update)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
- Ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training
