JUNI Melbourne is a high energy Pan-Asian restaurant and bar in the heart of Melbourne. We're looking for casual bar and beverage staff to join our fun, dynamic bar team.

About the Role
n
As a member of our bar team, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-quality experience for our guests.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
n
Working confidently and efficiently during busy service periods.
n
Completing set up and pack down of the bar and maintaining a clean and organised workspace throughout service.
n
Working closely with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
n
About You
n
1–2+ years of bartending experience, ideally in a busy restaurant, cocktail bar or high-volume hospitality venue.
n
Confident preparing a range of classic cocktails.
n
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages.
n
Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Able to work evenings and weekends
n
Valid Victorian RSA
n
