As TJX Australia continues to expand, we're excited to welcome a dedicated Loss Prevention Manager to our dynamic team. In this field-based leadership role, you will support and partner with our NSW North district stores, including Glendale, Kotara, Tuggerah, Green Hills, Hornsby, Castle Hill and North Rocks, helping to drive a strong culture of safety, security and shrink reduction.

To support the successful candidate, we offer a versatile base location across the district, enabling you to work from the most suitable location based on where you live.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Conduct compliance audits and security reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.

n

Implement action plans and monitor stock processes to reduce shrinkage and improve compliance.

n

Analyze business reports and stock data to detect irregularities and prevent losses.

n

Lead investigations into internal and external theft or policy violations, collaborating with law enforcement and security partners.

n





Support new store openings and deliver ongoing Loss Prevention training to store teams.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

Proven experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or Auditing within a multi-site retail environment.

n

Strong understanding of retail stock management, POS systems, and business intelligence tools.

n

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and solid financial acumen.

n

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to travel interstate as needed.

n

Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive results.
