You are:

- Motivated, organised and a strong communicator
- Experienced as a Site Engineer within subdivisions, land development or civil construction
- Confident coordinating subcontractors, site activities and daily project progress
- A team player who works well with Supervisors, Engineers and Project Managers

The role:

Working closely with the Project Engineer, Project Manager and site team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects across Greater Western Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate subcontractors and daily construction activities
- Assist with project programming and short-term planning
- Track quantities, costs, progress and project documentation
- Coordinate plant, materials and site resources
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor requirements
- Complete QA documentation, inspections and ITPs
- Work closely with Surveyors, Supervisors and the wider project team
- Assist with variations and project reporting
- Maintain a high standard of safety and quality across the project
- Identify potential site issues early and work with the project team to find practical solution
- Work on subdivision projects across Greater Western Sydney
- Genuine progression towards Project Engineer
- Salary considered on a case-by-case basis depending on experience
- Strong pipeline providing long-term project security
- Experienced engineering and project management team around you
- Prospect to take on greater responsibility as your capability develops
